Yes — all appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking through our secure Timely system. If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will simply transfer to your new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in the deposit being retained. For full details, please see our Terms of Service below..
To ensure the best results and reduce the chances of any contraindications, please:

Avoid exfoliating or using retinol/AHA/BHA products on the area for at least 48 hours prior

Arrive makeup-free around the brow area, if possible

Complete the consultation form prior to your appointment. You will receive a link following your booking confirmation. It’s essential to provide accurate information, especially regarding any active skincare products, allergies, and medications. Lamination is not recommended for extremely thin, sparse, or damaged brows — a Brow Recovery Treatment is a better starting point

Hybrid dye and sculpting are suitable for most clients, including those with sensitive skin (gentle formulas are available)

Clients using active skincare (like retinoids or AHAs) or prescription acne medication should avoid lamination and waxing — alternatives like tweezing can be used

Yes. We use professional-grade products all of which are vegan, cruelty-free and skin-safe. Options for sensitive skin are always available and can be discussed during your consultation.
Here’s a guide for keeping your brows looking their best:

Sculpt or tidy: every 4–6 weeks

You’ll receive detailed directions in your booking confirmation email and a consultation form will be sent prior to your appointment. I may also request a photo of your brows to personalise your service ahead of time.

If you’ve had reactions in the past, let us know during your consultation so we can tailor the service accordingly.Your first visit includes a thorough consultation, skin prep and personalised mapping to create the perfect brow shape for you.
