Your appointment includes our Signature Brow Blueprint, using advanced facial mapping to design your individual base shape, followed by customised Hybrid Dye and precision shaping to create a beautifully defined result that still feels completely like you.
If you’d also love to have your lashes done, The Hybrid Muse pairs The Precision Hybrid Dye with our Signature Korean Lash Lift + Lash Botox, allowing us to complete both treatments in the one appointment.
Either way, you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what your brows need. Every appointment begins with a detailed consultation before you even lay down on the treatment bed. We’ll talk through your brow history, natural growth, previous treatments, skin and sensitivities, current skincare, what you do and don’t like about your brows, and how you want to feel when you leave.
From there, we’ll confirm the best treatment approach before we begin.
START HERE: THE PRECISION HYBRID DYE
BROW + LASH: THE HYBRID MUSEThey achieve two very different things.
Hybrid Dye is all about shape, colour, structure and definition. Following your Signature Brow Blueprint, we custom-blend your colour to enhance the brow hairs while creating a soft stain on the skin underneath — helping the brows appear fuller, more balanced and beautifully defined without changing the natural direction of the hair.
BOOK THIS: THE PRECISION HYBRID DYE
Brow Lamination works with the structure and direction of the brow hairs themselves. It allows us to soften and reposition the hair to create more fullness, movement, lift and control — particularly beautiful for brows that grow downwards, sit unevenly or need more structural correction.

Neither treatment is automatically “better”. The right option depends on your natural brows, how they grow and the result you’re trying to achieve — which is exactly what we assess during your consultation before beginning.
Absolutely — and this is exactly why we offer Wax-Free Brow Artistry.
Waxing isn’t suitable for every skin type or every stage of your skincare journey. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, you’re using retinol or prescription actives, you’re pregnant, or there’s another reason we feel waxing may compromise the skin barrier, we can perform your brow treatment entirely through precision tweezing and trimming instead.
You’ll still receive the same detailed consultation, Signature Brow Blueprint, shaping and treatment customisation — we simply adapt the hair-removal method to suit your skin.

Our Hybrid Dye can last up to 7 days on the skin and up to 5 weeks on the brow hair, while Brow Lamination typically lasts around 6–8 weeks.
Longevity varies depending on your skin type, natural hair-growth cycle, lifestyle and aftercare.
Your artist will recommend the most appropriate maintenance schedule for your individual brows.
Our Signature Korean Lash Lift differs from a traditional lash lift in both the products we use and the way the lashes are lifted and shaped.
Rather than immediately moulding the lashes around a traditional curling rod and processing them into that shape, our Korean technique first relaxes and softens the natural lashes, giving us greater control over their direction before we create the final lift.
The lashes are then carefully repositioned and set using precision shield placement tailored to your natural lash length, growth pattern and desired result. This allows us to create lift from the root while controlling the overall shape — rather than simply producing the same rounded curl on every client.
We pair this technique with Cysteamine Technology, a gentler alternative to traditional perming systems, before finishing every lift with our Lash Botox conditioning treatment and shiny black tint. MLA’s current service material specifically positions the system as cysteamine-based with precision placement, Lash Botox and tint, designed to create a cleaner, more controlled result than traditional perming.
The result is a softer, more customised and healthier-looking lift that respects the integrity of your natural lashes while still creating maximum impact.
Our Signature Korean Lash Lift typically lasts around 8–10 weeks, depending on your natural lash-growth cycle, lifestyle and aftercare.
Because every lash grows through its own cycle, you may start to notice fresh, unlifted lashes appearing before the original lift has completely grown out — which is completely normal.
For clients who love keeping their lashes looking extra fresh between full lifts, our Lash Refresh is designed as a maintenance treatment between appointments, refreshing the colour and conditioning of the natural lashes without performing another full lift.
We’ll always guide you on the right timing for your individual lashes rather than unnecessarily over-processing them.

Designed to target multiple concerns in the one appointment, The GLOW by Chlo is ideal for skin experiencing dullness, congestion, dehydration, uneven texture or simply needing an overall reset and refinement. It combines multiple treatment modalities including dermaplaning, resurfacing, extraction, professional LED light therapy and advanced hydration for our most complete MLA SKIN experience. The treatment is positioned in your MLA SKIN material as the signature “everything-in-one” option, targeting congestion, texture and dehydration while supporting smoother, more luminous skin.
But even when you book The GLOW by Chlo, we don’t simply follow the same facial protocol on every client. Your appointment begins with a detailed skin consultation where we discuss your concerns, current skincare, treatment history and goals before assessing your skin on the day.
From there, we will confirm the most appropriate approach for your skin before your treatment begins.
MLA SKIN was created with the same philosophy behind everything we do at Miller Lane Aesthetics — considered, personalised treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Your treatment is performed one-on-one by our Senior Skin Therapist, Chloe, in our private dedicated skin room. Chloe brings a full Skin Therapy qualification completed in the UK, years of hands-on treatment experience and the perspective of having previously owned and operated her own skin clinic.
We work with professional CLINICCARE cosmeceutical skincare and incorporate professional LED light therapy into our MLA SKIN treatment protocols, with every appointment guided by what your skin actually needs on the day.
That means we’re not interested in simply ticking through the same facial steps for every client. We look at your skin, your concerns, your current routine and your goals, then tailor the treatment accordingly.
Whether you’re coming in for a reset, refinement, hydration or ongoing skin maintenance, the goal is the same: healthier, beautifully treated skin with a plan that makes sense for you.
Please note that our artists are typically booked 4–6 weeks in advance. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a very loyal client base, with many of our regular clients securing their appointments well ahead of time.
For this reason, we recommend booking your preferred appointment as soon as you know when you’d like to visit, particularly for Saturdays, evenings and other peak appointment times.
Our calendar is live, so the availability shown through our online booking system is always the most current.
If your preferred time is already booked, we strongly recommend joining our waitlist. The waitlist gives us the best opportunity to offer you something sooner if a suitable appointment becomes available.
For regular clients with a preferred day, time or artist, we also recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the studio.
Yes. All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure the time reserved for you. Your booking deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day.
With more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking deposit to the new appointment. If you choose to cancel, the amount will remain on your account as credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the booking deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to the full service fee.
As our artists are typically booked 4–6 weeks in advance, often with an active waitlist of clients hoping for an earlier appointment, late changes can leave reserved treatment time unable to be filled. These policies help us protect the time set aside exclusively for you while operating fairly for both our clients and artists.

There is free street parking, as well as a free public car park directly behind the studio on Borlaise Street.
