Every service performed within the studio is grounded in extensive training, refined technique and detail-focused artistry. From our advanced facial mapping methods based on balance, symmetry and facial structure, to our specialised Korean lash lift techniques designed to prioritise lash health and longevity, every treatment has been intentionally curated to deliver elevated, natural-looking results.
Unlike traditional high-processing approaches often seen within the industry, our methods focus on maintaining the integrity of the hair and skin through the use of professional-grade, sensitive skin-safe products, restorative treatment protocols and thoughtful application techniques.
Education remains at the core of the MLA standard. Before taking their own clients, every artist within the studio undergoes extensive foundational training to ensure consistency across every appointment, every consultation and every client experience.

FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL BROW ARTIST
With an extensive background in government and business management, Elyse made the bold decision to leave a secure career and pursue her passion for beauty. Passionate about the transformative power of brows, Elyse’s journey to beauty entrepreneurship is driven by her love for artistry and precision.
She has trained extensively under some of Australia’s leading brow experts — she holds over five certifications across lamination, dye and mapping systems, along with advanced 1:1 mentorship. Elyse’s approach is thoughtful, detail-focused and intentional, blending professionalism with a warm, personable touch. Known for being a great listener and offering silent appointments, she ensures every client feels safe, respected and confident.

SENIOR BROW & LASH ARTIST
Chloe is known for her calm energy, meticulous attention to detail and beautifully refined lash and brow results. Specialising in Korean Lash Lifts and tailored brow services, she focuses on enhancing natural features while creating a comfortable, elevated client experience from start to finish.
PARIS
JUNIOR BROW & LASH ARTIST
With a calm presence and strong attention to detail, Paris supports the MLA team across brows, lashes and client care while continuing her training within the studio environment. Passionate about beauty and client experience, she helps create the elevated atmosphere the studio is known for.
