Unlike traditional high-processing approaches often seen within the industry, our methods focus on maintaining the integrity of the hair and skin through the use of professional-grade, sensitive skin-safe products, restorative treatment protocols and thoughtful application techniques.
Education remains at the core of the MLA standard. Before taking their own clients, every artist within the studio undergoes extensive foundational training to ensure consistency across every appointment, every consultation and every client experience.

ELYSE
FOUNDER | DIRECTOR | PRINCIPAL BROW ARTIST
Elyse is the Founder and Director of Miller Lane Aesthetics, building the business from a single treatment bed in a shared studio to its dedicated Willoughby home on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Before moving into the beauty industry full-time, she spent seven years working within the Federal Government, alongside formal qualifications in business, strategy and project management — a background that continues to shape the exceptionally considered standard behind every part of Miller Lane Aesthetics today.
As MLA’s Principal Brow Artist, Elyse has trained extensively under leading Australian brow educators, completing multiple certifications across advanced brow mapping, hybrid dye and lamination systems. Her approach is highly detailed and deeply personal: every brow begins with an understanding of facial structure, natural growth patterns and the individual sitting in her chair.
Known for listening closely — and equally for knowing when a silent appointment is exactly what’s needed — Elyse’s focus is creating refined, natural results that feel completely your own. Mapped to you, never the trends.
CHLOE
SENIOR BROW & LASH ARTIST / SKIN THERAPIST
Chloe brings extensive experience across skin, brow and lash artistry, with a professional background that began in the UK, where she completed her full Skin Therapy qualifications and went on to own and operate her own skin clinic. Her years working hands-on with clients have given her a deep understanding of skin health, treatment planning and the importance of creating results that are both considered and individual.
Since joining Miller Lane Aesthetics, Chloe has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in precision brow artistry and our Signature Korean Lash Lift techniques, alongside leading MLA SKIN as our Senior Skin Therapist. Known for her calm energy, meticulous attention to detail and incredibly gentle approach, Chloe combines technical knowledge with a genuine love of making every client feel comfortable, understood and beautifully looked after from start to finish.
