Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and have their deposit voided. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
